Since its founding in 2016, it has pioneered immersive farming experiences—from educational farm tours and farm‑to‑table dining to festivals and agro‑events—while providing training, marketing support, and strategic guidance to emerging rural tourism ventures.
As the continent looks to accelerate rural economic diversification, Agritourism Africa serves as an advisor, convenor, and connector—helping unlock agritourism’s growth potential through policy advocacy, capacity development, and it positions networks of agritourism "routes" that amplify community revenue, preserve cultural heritage, and elevate sustainable agriculture across regions.
